Fall is absolutely my most favorite season.
There are things to do in every direction, and no matter which way you go, the drive from the Stone House is beautiful. One of my favorite activities with my kids is 'pick your own’ at the local farms. Pick your own apples, pumpkins, strawberries, blueberries, lavender, local flowers….whatever the season brings I love to pick it!
If you would like to go pick this fall, apples and pumpkins are everywhere. Let it inspire your next cooking endeavor such as an apple crisp or an indulgent baked pumpkin mac & cheese. YUM.
